Scholarship Funds
Over the past few years, the Falmouth Scholarship Association has awarded nearly 100 scholarships annually.
Please note: One application makes you eligible for one or more of the awards administered by the Association. Everyone will be considered for all of the awards, but some have special stipulations. Your unique eligibility could improve your chance of receiving an award.

HELEN G. ALLEN MEMORIAL
Stipulation: One who needs and deserves help with higher education.
DUANE D. ALVES MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Student who is active in community, participated in athletics, works and helps support or care for family member.
ARVID E. ANDERSON MEMORIAL
Stipulation: 3/4 of students need to be born and educated in Falmouth. Given in sophomore year of college.
JARED M. ANDRADE MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Good, caring student – Trade School eligible too.
HENRY G. BEHRENS MEMORIAL
Stipulation: NA
CAROL BISSONNETTE MEMORIAL
Stipulation: NA
CHERYL BOLI MEMORIAL
Stipulation: For one graduating senior who plans to attend a 4 year accredited college or university and major in nursing.

Stipulation: NA
CAPE COD OYSTER COMPANY
Stipulation: Student studying marine or environmental science or biology.
TONY CASSO MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Based on scholarship, merit, financial need. Preference given to a member of girls tennis team.
RALPH CATALDO COMMUNITY SERVICES AWARD
Stipulation: Given to a boy and a girl who have played high school hockey and have served his or her community through volunteerism.
BARBARA A. DEMELLO MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Student planning to study elementary education, special education preferred.
RODNEY F. DEMELLO MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Student planning to study business. Member of a firefighter/rescue family preferred.

Stipulation: Student going into a Human Services or Education related field.
RYAN FANDETTI SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Stipulation: Student planning to study Education. Based on financial need.
LUCY FLYNN MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Theater, arts or education.
GRIFFIN SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Stipulation: Any form of education.
OWEN HIGGINS SCHOLARSHIP
Stipulation: FHS senior who has demonstrated school spirit through participation in sports or school activities.
JAMES R. JEWETT MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Must be awarded to a nursing student at least once every 5 years.
DEWITT C. JONES AWARD
Stipulation: Student going into education preferred, but not required.
STEPHEN L. AND FRANCES P. KELLEHER SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Stipulation: Well-rounded student who is loyal and worked hard for the school as well as themselves.
MARY ALICE AND JAMES C. KINNEY MEMORIAL
Stipulation: Preference to be given to student planning to major in math or science.
DR. HARLEY JOHN KNEBEL SCHOLARSHIP
Stipulation: Given to a student who will pursue the earth sciences, including geology, hydrology and atmospheric sciences or environmental sciences.

Stipulation: Must be a Falmouth Heights or Maravista resident. Advanced visual arts.
JAN SOUWEINE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Stipulation: Instrumental music student at FHS and graduate of FHS. Students pursuing a career in music given preference.

Stipulation: Music.

Stipulation: No stipulations, but science had been his field of study. Given in sophomore year of college
